Zonvilo provides construction cost estimation and budget preparation services for residential projects in Chile. Our services include:

  • Detailed quantity measurement and takeoff from project documents
  • Application of current Chilean market pricing to construction elements
  • Preparation of line-item cost estimates organized by construction phase and system
  • Contingency recommendations based on project-specific factors

We do not provide design services, construction management, project financing, or investment advice. Our scope is limited to technical cost analysis.

Service Engagement

Cost estimation services are provided under written service agreements that specify scope, deliverables, fees, and terms. Contact through our website does not create a service relationship until a written agreement is executed by both parties.

We reserve the right to decline service engagements at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate project documentation including plans, specifications, and site information
  • Timely response to requests for clarification or additional information
  • Payment of fees according to agreed terms
  • Proper use and interpretation of cost estimates we provide

Estimate Limitations

Cost estimates and other deliverables we prepare remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for the specific project for which they were prepared.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our deliverables for other projects without written permission.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by Chilean and international intellectual property laws.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client project information and do not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Clients are responsible for protecting confidentiality of cost estimates and other deliverables we provide.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or project delays.

We are not liable for decisions made based on cost estimates we provide. Clients are responsible for their own project decisions and financial commitments.

We perform services in accordance with professional standards applicable to construction cost consulting in Chile. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
