These materials serve their purpose, but they do not provide the detailed cost breakdown necessary for informed financial decision-making. The gap between promotional projections and actual construction costs creates financial risk for investors and project participants.

Independent Technical Analysis

Our function is to provide independent cost analysis for residential construction projects. We do not promote projects, arrange financing, or represent developers. We measure construction scope, apply current Chilean market pricing, and deliver detailed cost breakdowns.

We operate as technical consultants, not as project participants. Our compensation comes from fees for cost estimation services, not from project success or construction contracts. This structure maintains independence and aligns our work with accurate cost reporting rather than project promotion.

Cost estimates are prepared based on project documentation provided by clients. We do not redesign projects or recommend specific materials—we estimate the cost of constructing what the project documents specify. If project scope is unclear or incomplete, we identify these gaps as part of the cost analysis process.
